Season's Greetings and Thank you

Thursday 24 December 2020

As we come to the end of a very difficult year, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all of our supporters from around the world. I can’t tell you how proud I am that, in this most difficult of years, we have actually achieved our best ever results in terms of funds we have raised to support our work on the ground, protecting rhino in their natural habitat.

Your support has been incredible, and with your help we have been able to keep boots on the ground, dogs on patrol and eyes in the sky. Our rhino orphans at the Zululand Rhino Orphanage have continued to thrive, so much so that we recently bid farewell to two of the older orphans, Makhosi and Mpilo, when they were released back into the wild. It was indeed a heart-warming end to a tough year. And we really couldn’t have done it without your support.

As we head into 2021, the pandemic will undoubtedly continue to have a significant impact on our conservation work. We will continue to need you like we’ve never needed you before. But we will venture forth with renewed optimism to continue our work creating rhino strongholds in key areas across Africa; areas that provide secure and sustainable environments for all species of rhino to thrive for generations come.

Please enjoy this short video as a tribute to your much appreciated support. I wish you all a very enjoyable, safe and peaceful festive period and look forward to updating you further in 2021.

Best regards
